Thursday/Friday Walk-In Entry
This product is used to process walk-in customers attending Gel City public sessions on Thursday and Friday evenings.
It has been created so staff can correctly record walk-in entry through the POS, ensure GST is applied, and keep sales reporting and cash reconciliation accurate.
Staff should use this product for customers who arrive without a prepaid online booking.
Staff Note: After processing the sale, staff must manually adjust the ticket numbers in the Gel City booking system so the session capacity remains accurate.
